Have you experienced issues with the Texas Workers Compensation System?
TMPA and TSAFF have received many calls from members experiencing issues with the Workers Compensation System in Texas. We are working together to gather data to identify common experiences within the system to seek legislative change during the 88th Legislative Session. Please take this preliminary survey to help us define areas where follow-up research should be conducted.
